CDS Issues: HMRC Guidance

Please be advised that HMRC have issued the below announcement to acknowledge CDS issues currently being experienced by users:

 

"We are aware some customers are experiencing issues with the Customs Declaration Service (CDS). We are investigating and working to resolve the issues as quickly as we can.

If you are using a location using the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS) you will be only able to complete customs movements if you have a finalised Goods Movement Reference. For guidance on GVMS please refer to the GVMS service availability pageWe apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
