HMRC have advised an update on the upcoming outageless CDS release of 5.0.0.2. The release will be delivered on 15 January 2026:
"The delayed CDS release 5.0.0.2 will now be delivered on the 15 January 2026. Please find attached an updated version of the guidance document that reflects this change. This document also contains a clarification of item 7 relating to when goods may be rejected if the relevant Data Elements are not completed correctly".
