An improved version of the Destin8 Tracker has been available for some time, running alongside the original version, TRC. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the newer version offers enhanced features, improved performance and a more intuitive layout.
To ensure everyone benefits, we will soon begin removing the old Tracker from Destin8 in favour of the improved version.
What’s Changing?
The new Tracker screens (currently accessed via transaction TRX) will replace the old ones behind TRC. Eventually, TRX will be retired, and TRC will remain the permanent transaction code for the improved version.
What You Need to Do
If you currently use TRC:
Continue as normal. Soon, you'll notice a refreshed layout, and we recommend you preview the newer version by using TRX. The changes are minor and should not cause disruption; you can find a guide here.
If you currently use TRX:
You'll already be familiar with the improved layout. When you notice a change in layout to TRX you'll need to switch back to using TRC to access the updated version you're used to.
Why This Change?
- To provide a better, more efficient experience without changing the transaction code you're familiar with.
- To ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption for Destin8 users.
- Please familiarise yourself with the updated screens now to prepare for the switchover. We'll publish a further update to confirm the date of the switchover in the next few weeks.
