We wanted to let you know that we’ve identified an administrative issue that resulted in some port‑related charges being raised incorrectly at Felixstowe, Harwich, and Port of Tyne.
If you have received Port-Related invoices relating to these specific charges, please rest assured that they were issued in error and no payment is required.
This administrative error has also resulted in the incorrect rate being applied to 3rd Country Unitised Charges at all locations.
Our team is actively working to resolve these issues, and corrections will be issued, where required, to ensure all affected charges are fully corrected.
